1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the 1111jl platform, including browsing, registration, depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds. Access to or use of 1111jl constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 1111jl. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 1111jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or platform notification. Continued use of 1111jl following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the 1111jl platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Jurisdiction. The 1111jl platform is intended for eligible players within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1111jl does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.3 Mental Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are of sound mind, are capable of taking responsibility for your actions, and are not registering or playing under any form of duress or impairment.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously voluntarily self-excluded from 1111jl or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator are not eligible to register or play. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 1111jl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or alternative accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Verification (KYC). 1111jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You agree to submit government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

4.4 Account Transferability. Your 1111jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances. Any purported transfer is void.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1111jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.

5.2 You agree to notify 1111jl immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 1111jl will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

5.3 1111jl will never contact you requesting your full password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 1111jl asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

5.4 Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account settings. 1111jl strongly recommends this additional security layer, particularly for accounts with significant balances.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 1111jl account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier section. Deposits are subject to processing times as indicated in the cashier and are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

1111jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are subject to return and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by method but 1111jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) business days.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

1111jl is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on 1111jl are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each wager before confirmation. 1111jl will not reverse a confirmed bet due to player error unless a manifest technical error on the platform's part is established.

7.2 All games on the 1111jl platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operations. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game software or live dealer procedures and are final.

7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that renders a game round void, 1111jl will return the applicable stake to the Player's balance. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of a voided round.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets that exceed the maximum limit or fall below the minimum will not be accepted by the system.

7.5 For sports betting and e-sports markets, specific game rules, settlement procedures, and event-specific conditions are published within the sportsbook section of the 1111jl platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1111jl are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Bonus offers are intended for recreational players and may be claimed once per eligible household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

8.3 1111jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a Player has already claimed a bonus, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will apply.

8.4 The following activities may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings at 1111jl's sole discretion:

• Opening more than one account to claim the same bonus;
• Providing false personal information during registration;
• Any form of bonus abuse, matched betting strategy using bonus funds, or exploitation of promotional terms;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements;
• Wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play as determined by 1111jl.

8.5 Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds that expire unused, or that fail to meet requirements within the validity period, will be removed from the account without compensation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111jl platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or game glitches to obtain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker, or any competitive game format;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic access controls or security measures;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1111jl staff or other platform users in any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities;
• Any action that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the 1111jl platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 1111jl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognize that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we have implemented tools to support players in managing their activity on the platform.

10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1111jl players from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 1111jl account;
• Loss Limits: Daily or weekly caps on the maximum net loss within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic logouts triggered after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming result during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely.

10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During any self-exclusion period, 1111jl will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will refrain from sending promotional communications. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 1111jl platform — including but not limited to the 1111jl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, text, and promotional materials — is the property of 1111jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1111jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 1111jl.

11.3 Game content is provided under license from third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The 1111jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1111jl takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1111jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from service interruption, technical failure, or platform downtime;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider's software;
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence by 1111jl.

13 Privacy & Data

13.1 1111jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Our full Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information and is available at the Privacy Policy page on this website.

13.2 By registering at 1111jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is collected primarily for account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of platform services.

13.3 1111jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council where required by law.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 1111jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or financial misconduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Suspected money laundering or violation of Philippine AML laws;
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in operational policies.

14.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 1111jl support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and verification of identity. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 1111jl will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable operational policies.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR charter and all applicable gaming regulations.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 1111jl's customer support for resolution. 1111jl is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through the customer support process within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. Players also retain the right to pursue remedies through the Philippine courts with competent jurisdiction.

15.4 For disputes related to game outcomes, the decision of 1111jl's system logs shall be conclusive unless a manifest technical error is established by independent audit.

16 Amendments to Terms

16.1 1111jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 1111jl will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via the platform notification system or registered email, where practicable.

16.2 Your continued use of the 1111jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.

16.3 1111jl may also need to amend these Terms immediately and without notice to comply with changes in applicable law, PAGCOR directives, or urgent security requirements. In such cases, the amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication.
